I went Thursday night but I must stress I did not order any food so I can't rate that but I can rate the great atmosphere and karaoke in the lion bar on a Thursday night. I did have a few pints of carling which again was fine overall I really enjoyed my visit so yes would definitely recommend here.

Popped in for BBQ Week specials! Served quickly at the bar and found a quiet table easily! Food was pretty quick and was absolutely gorgeous! Got myself the 'Dirty Pig Burger'. Partner got a Parmo. Staff were lovely and checked on us to make sure everything was okay with our food.

Not a lover of pubs...however this little gem caters for all. Sunday lunch was beautiful with veg cooked to perfection. A wonderful suprise and definitely one I will return too. Well done all at the Lion

Had a standard parmo here a few years ago and it was absolutely amazing, had a hot shot tonight and it was even better. Absolutely amazing food without the ridiculously overpriced trendy restaurants costs. 5/5

Me and my wife came here for lunch on a quiet Monday morning. The lady at the bar was nice and friendly The food arrived reasonably quickly and was delicious. Portions were a really good size too. There's a couple dart boards and pool tables. And they also do lots of events. We will definitely be back!
